Do you offer clients the ability to create music request lists for your events? If so, how do you manage these?

Top tips for handling requests from clients and their guests

A rising trend has been for clients to send over a Spotify playlist. This can work really well for the client as they can just keep adding songs as they hear them.

But does this include any requests for the guests? The client can ask for requests and then add them in, if they're prepared to spend the time collating and adding all the requests.

Why not offer a different solution to your clients that saves them time and makes it easier for you?

DJ Admin has a music request system built in that allows your clients and their guests to request songs in advance of an event.

In the settings you specify the guest and client passwords (the client password allows your client to move and delete requests), the closing date for requests and whether to hide key requests, such as the first dance, from the guests.

With the link to your online request portal, the guests can login by selecting the function date and the password. They can search for songs and add them to the list.

And when finished, you can go through the list to see which songs you already have. There are additional tools to allow you to mark which songs you've added to your crates and if you've played them, should you want to. And with just one click you can export the list to a PDF to keep a local copy or print out the list.

This makes handling requests in advance easy for you and your clients.

Why not arrange a demo to see how it works?
