DJ Admin's core package covers everything you need to run your bookings day to day. The addons let you go further — adding tools for specific parts of your business without paying for things you don't need. Each addon is available monthly or annually, and can be added or removed at any time.
Give your clients and their guests an online portal to submit song requests before the event. Set up per booking, with separate guest and admin passwords, wedding mode for ceremony and special moment categories, and a missing songs checklist so you know exactly what to source before the gig.
The music request portal is branded to match your own website and can be set up on your subdomain so it feels like a natural part of your client experience.
If you exhibit at wedding fairs, this addon pays for itself after one booking. Set up a fair in DJ Admin, then share a branded, mobile-friendly form — on your own subdomain — that couples can fill in on the spot or you can complete for them on a tablet or phone. The form captures both names, email, mobile number for WhatsApp follow-up, wedding date, and preferred venue.
Every couple who submits the form becomes a lead in your system, linked to that fair. From there, a campaign sequence takes over — sending timed follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages automatically so no lead goes cold, even weeks after the fair itself.
Fairs appear in your calendar alongside bookings, and leads from each fair are visible on the client record so you always know where someone came from.
The CRM addon adds a layer of relationship management on top of your bookings. Log client meetings in the calendar and attach clients to them — with automatic confirmation emails and WhatsApp notifications sent when a meeting is booked. Keep notes on client interactions and set reminders so follow-ups never get forgotten.
WhatsApp integration is included in the CRM addon — connect your WhatsApp Business account once in settings and you can send and receive WhatsApp messages directly within DJ Admin, with full template support for automated and manual messages.
The social media addon will connect DJ Admin directly to your Facebook and Instagram accounts, letting you schedule and post content without leaving the system. A blog and news feed for your own website is planned as part of this too, making it easier to keep your online presence active between gigs.
